Doctors call this condition “depressive disorder,” or “clinical depression.” It is a real illness. It is not a sign of a person’s weakness or a character flaw.

Even with optimal treatment, recovery fromdepression doesn’t happen overnight. Lead by example. Encourage the person to lead a healthier, mood-boosting lifestyle by doing it yourself maintain a positive outlook, eat better, exercise, and lean on others for support.
Most importantly listen people around. Don’t make fun if anyone tell you their internal trauma what they are suffering. Don’t judge people. your positivity and supports our society need it, make a world better place ❤
